When Norbert Hoffmann started business in 1983 with his wife and two employees on 220 m² in Legden, he would not have dreamt of the dimensions that this company would one day achieve. A master carpenter, he wanted to make his passion his profession.

Today, on a total area of 9,700 m² 100 members of his staff employ innovative CAD and manufacturing systems to realise projects that go far beyond the borders of the Münsterland region.  Both national and international specifiers particularly value our reliable working methods  because  "Made in Germany" continues to be synonymous with a global quality seal.

Based on the know-how acquired in shop fitting the public buildings and interior design segment has become an important pillar for the Hoffmann group of companies. Synergies as generated by the proprietary metal manufacturer MELA Metallbau can be fully leveraged in concert.  

And the course for the future has also already been plotted: In 2006 longstanding employees Jürgen Frechen and Guido Kruthoff were appointed to the board and now manage the company along with Norbert Hoffmann. Marlies Hoffmann was responsible for human resources from the outset.
