Special features
In the interior the visitor can expect an ambience in pure unadulterated coffee house style. This is ensured by carefully selected features such as exclusive porcelain lamps with their hand-applied satinized Einstein lettering. Noir Saint Laurent – here for example it has nothing for example to do with a type of coffee, but marble from France, which now also adorns Bistro tabletops as well as the sales counter top. The latter also forms part of the centre-piece in the 112m² coffee house: the approximately 8-m long service station in rustic oak look. In addition to preparing the coffee, which is handled by professional Baristas, sweet and hearty snacks can also be ordered. To ensure that they are always sold fresh over-the-counter, service staff prepare them just-in-time in the adjoining preparation kitchen. In addition, cooling systems ensure the optimum temperature of the kitchen buffet in the display cases. Daily menus are shown on a display board located in the rear wall element and also highlighted by indirect illumination.
