This is not the first time that cooperation with Hoffmann Interior has taken place. And even the general contractor is more than satisfied with the smooth processes and a result that is impressive.

In 2023, almost 200 square metres of pharmacy space were to be refurbished. The challenge during the construction work was to keep the pharmacy open – both during the day and at night for emergency services. Not a problem for Hoffmann Interior: The company was already familiar with keeping business running during refurbishments. In addition to the request of the pharmacy that is open round the clock, the customer was also interested in working with Visplay as they had already chosen product presentation systems from this manufacturer before. The systems were to be customised by Hoffmann Interior and adapted to the pharmacy premises.

Now customers at the pharmacy in Neuburg an der Donau experience a naturally radiant yet modern and clean atmosphere. This is achieved by the colours and materials selected: Elaborate white birds stand out on subtle green walls. And the artificial greenery hanging from the ceiling frames and the wood-look flooring convey a cosy warmth on the premises. White furniture stands out from the natural elements – a characteristic feature of a modern pharmacy. Suspended product frames with adjustable shelves, LED lighting and electronic pricing provide space for over-the-counter healthcare products and medicines. The shelving systems on the premises also serve as a spatial separation to maintain discretion for the pharmacy customers. Employees behind the cash counter finished in a wavy-looking veneer always have the products that they are asked for behind them on the shelf. If more detailed advice is required in special cases, employees and customers can use the bench seat in the entrance area.

Overall, the refurbishment was an absolute showcase project. This is due not only to the result, but also to the perfect cooperation between the client, architect and Hoffmann Interior.
